270 TRADE CENTER
This warehouse was built at the former location of two hotels that were previously demolished. Using creative design we were able to bring over 76,000 SF of industrial space to the area. The building also features 28′ clear height and 12 dock doors with the convinience of being directly off Interstate 270 and Interstate 70.
